HND in Quantity Surveying

In 2007, the CQS introduced Foundation Programme in Quantity Surveying for those who have successfully completed their General Certificate of Education Advanced Level (GCE A/L) examination and wish to select ‘Quantity Surveying’ as their future profession. This was a fulltime course conducted in English medium especially designed for beginners to facilitate their entry into the profession. After restructuring the programme syllabus in 2011, the CQS started to offer IQSSL’s Higher National Diploma (HND) Programme in Quantity Surveying. In 2018, HND QS programme was accredited by Tertiary and Vocational Education Commission (TVEC). Total course duration of HND is two and half years which consists of 18 months of classroom lectures and 12 months of industrial training.
